Terms of Use

Last updated 2 October 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using Swipelle you agree to these Terms. If you got Swipelle from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these Terms add to it.

Your license

Swipelle is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and videos you use and the carousels you make. Swipelle does not claim any ownership of them. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use.

Templates and frames

You may use the templates, frames and other design assets included in Swipelle in the content you create and publish. You may not resell or redistribute them as standalone assets.

Acceptable use

Do not use Swipelle to create content that is illegal or that infringes other people’s rights. Do not try to disrupt the template service, and do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Swipelle Pro

  • Swipelle Pro is an optional subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Changes to the app

Swipelle may change over time. I may add, change or remove features, and I may stop offering the app.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, Swipelle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. I do not promise that it will be error-free or always available. Keep your own copies of your photos.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Swipelle in the 12 months before the claim.

Your rights as a consumer

Swipelle is available worldwide. You may have rights under the consumer laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, I will update this page and its date. If you keep using Swipelle after that, the new Terms apply.
